Scott Barrett, President, JMsolutions, Executive Vice President, JM Family Enterprises, Inc.

Scott is responsible for the strategic direction, development and operation of JMsolutions.  He also serves as a member of JM Family Enterprises, Inc.’s Executive Management Team, which oversees the development and implementation of the company’s long-range planning and strategies for future growth. 

Prior to this position, Scott served as president of JM Service Center, JM Family’s internal shared services center.  Before joining JM Family in 2001, Scott managed the technology strategies at Republic Industries in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, including the launch of AutoNationDirect.com.  He also served as CIO, and then president of Domestic Operations for Blockbuster Entertainment Corp., also in Ft. Lauderdale.  He previously was a senior manager with Andersen Consulting in Dallas, TX.  Scott has been nominated twice as CIO of the Year by InformationWeek magazine. 

Scot Eisenfelder, Group Vice President

Supporting JMsolutions' mission of creating a single integrated product solution focused on streamlining the dealer sales process, Scot's key responsibilities include inventory, retail and wholesale solutions, operations and product development. 

Prior to joining the company, Scot served as senior vice president, marketing, strategic planning and solutions management for Reynolds & Reynolds.  During his tenure in the automotive industry, he also served as senior vice president, retail practice lead at J.D. Power and Associates and was a partner with Accenture in their automotive and industrial equipment practice. 

Tim Zierden, Assistant Vice President and General Manager, Software Solutions

With over 13 years of automotive industry experience, Tim is responsible for the strategic direction of JMsolutions’ AAX™ inventory solutions and CMX™ customer solutions. Prior to joining JMsolutions, he worked for CarMax where he rose from being part of the original team that built the largest vehicle buying organization in US retail to Regional Vice President, Merchandising, with responsibilities for stores with annual vehicle transactions numbering over 65,000.  Tim also spent over two years as the operating partner in a multi-franchisee new car store. 

Rick Griskie, Assistant Vice President, General Manager, Product Development

With over 18 years of automotive retail experience, Rick’s expertise resides in leveraging process and technology to enable dealerships to sell more vehicles and service ROs at a higher gross profit with lower cost.  Prior to joining JMsolutions, Rick served as vice president, solutions management for Reynolds and Reynolds.  During his tenure in the automotive industry, he also was a partner with Accenture in their automotive and industrial equipment practice.
